These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Ageless Energy System, the Implementation Pack, the AI Strategist program, and any related digital products, content, and services (together, the "Products") offered by DTT Digital Marketing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Products.

The Products are digital, educational programs delivered online. After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the course portal by email at the address you provided at checkout. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing customer only. The Products are educational content about energy, lifestyle, and wellness habits; they are not medical care, medical advice, or a substitute for either (see Section 8).
Prices are displayed in US dollars on the order pages at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. Some offers presented after your initial purchase may use one-click billing: where this applies, it is clearly stated on the offer page, and clicking the acceptance button authorizes the stated charge to the payment method you used at checkout.
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. No forms, no hoops. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Following a refund, your access to the refunded Product may be revoked.
Course access is tied to the email address used at purchase. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share, resell, sublicense, or publicly post any portion of the Products. You may not use the Products in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
All content in the Products, including text, videos, graphics, workbooks, trackers, frameworks, and trademarks, is owned by DTT Digital Marketing, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Products for your personal use. No other rights are granted.
Individual results vary. Any experiences described in the Products or on our pages, including the author's personal story, are individual accounts and are not a guarantee of your results. Your results will depend on many factors, including your health status, effort, and consistency.
The Products are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements made in the Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTT Digital Marketing, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTT Digital Marketing, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Products.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Products if you materially violate these Terms, including sharing access or infringing our intellectual property. Sections 6 through 10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
